In this fourth and final segment of the Vitel Wireless introduction series, we are going to talk about promotional growth. In Vitel Wireless, everyone starts off as a marketing rep. You are going to get 40% on all personal sales and a 3%  matching bonus.

To get promoted, Vitel Wireless has what is called a Rising Star Challenge. The Challenge goes as follows: If you enroll 6 people your first 30 days, you have your cell phone bills paid by the company. Not only that but you are also in the business for free and you earn $250. Now you are going to be promoted to team leader within Vitel Wireless, where you are going to get 45% on all personal sales and a 5% matching bonus.  This qualification to get promoted is based on lifetime volume.

Vitel Wireless Climbing The Ladder

You can go all the way up to the top as national sales executive, while you earn 60% on all personal sales and a 20% matching bonus. From this point, a great strategy would be to help 10 people earn $1000 a month. If you do that, at this level, you just earned $200 a month on each individual. Vitel Wireless will create some wealthy people!

We are not done yet. Also at this level in Vitel Wireless, you get senior leadership profit sharing pool, 5 percent. That means the company sets aside 5 percent of all net profit each month and at the end of each quarter, they split that between all the NSEs.

At Vitel Wireless another stream of income is the Percentage of overrides on your organization. You are going to get 15.5% on all sales made on your first level,all the way down to 6% on all sales made on your fifth level. There are more than 9 ways to get paid and they are: personal sales, fast start bonus, team tier fast start bonuses, residual income benefit packages, matching bonus, team sale overrides, residual income on sales, generational bonus, and senior leadership. Also at Vitel Wireless, every time you or your spouse uses their debit card, flips on a light switch, pays their cable bill, gets on the internet, you get paid.

Vitel Wireless Pt. 3 in This Series

We left off in Part 2 talking about how you’re going to earn $5 per person on everybody they enroll 5 levels deep.

Vitel Wireless Compensation Plan

Keep in mind, we are only focusing on refer 3 and get your cell phone service for free. Vitel Wireless' compensation plan is a unilevel  plan and not a binary. A binary is where you have a strong side and a weak side. You only get paid on the weak side and only 10 percent on that.

On a unilevel, you can sponsor as many people as you want. Vitel Wireless pays out 7 levels deep. You enroll 3 people, you got your cell phone bill free. You just made $125 but in residual income, you’re going to make $7 per person. You teach those 3 to do the same exact thing, who teach those people to do the same exact thing. Seven levels deep, that now turns into $22,953 a month in residual income just by helping people eliminate their cell phone service.

Vitel Wireless says, OK, "What if you did it half of that?" Would an extra $10,000 a month help? What if you only did 10 percent of that? That’s comes out to an extra $1000 a month. The five-level bonuses on the people you personally enroll, come in to play. Now keep in mind that you’re going to earn $5 on their 5 levels on everyone that they enroll. So 3, getting 3, getting 3, getting 3, down five levels gives you $2500 in bonuses. You enroll 6, getting 6, getting 6, comes out to $65,000 in bonuses, AND that is while your residual income grows.

Vitel Wireless is now saying, 'Let’s even add on to this". We’re going to add on to your own personal Refer 3 with your customers, i.e. your prepaid carriers. Here’s how this works. You enroll 3 people into the business. You’re going to earn $7 per person residual right but you sign them up as a customer and you teach those 12 how to have customers.

You’re now going to earn $3000 a month just from everybody signing up one customer a month for a year and this is just on the prepaid side. That doesn’t account for everything else. Seeing that the telecom industry is exploding and is projected to continue over the years, Vitel Wireless remains to be a tremendous opportunity to be involved with.

At Vitel Wireless on the Prepaid side, you get instant access to your cell phone usage upon payment. You get paid every time you or anybody else makes a payment on your Vitel Wireless website. The entire system is  residual income to those who become involved with us. The beauty of it is that you have a choice of carriers and are not stuck with just one carrier. You choose who you want to be with.

An example is:  A couple that I helped was on a Sprint contract and paid over $200 a month for unlimited data but 1500 family minutes.
